EnviroChemie GmbH acquired the assets of Cealin Chemische Fabrik GmbH on 11 July 2022 and will continue its operative business. Cealin Chemische Fabrik GmbH has produced a liquid biocide solution that is ready for use straight from the factory. The stabilised and highly concentrated biocide excels thanks to its outstanding disinfection performance and is one of the most effective biocides in the market.
Based in Rossdorf near Darmstadt, Germany, EnviroChemie focusses on the development of custom water chemicals for process water and cooling water among other areas. On the basis of many years of experience in the technology and the industry, it has been developing customer-specific water treatment recipes in its own laboratories and technical centre for more than four decades. The recipes are tailored according to each customer’s individual requirements and are manufactured by the company in-house. The highly effective water chemicals are used in a vast array of water treatment applications around the world.
